I was bored and made some fake box art, which can seen below, or click here for the full size version.

Goldeneye 007 on a this-gen console. Like that's ever going to happen, what with six companies involved in the rights to the game which would have to be sorted out first.

For those that care (both of you), here's the list of who has a slice of the Goldeneye pie:

1. Rare Ltd. - They developed the original game for Nintendo. Was a second-party developer for the big N. Currently Microsoft's bitch.
2. Nintendo - Original publisher of the game. Along with Rare, they hold the rights to certain intellectual properties such as level design.
3. United Artists and Danjag, LLC - They own 'James Bond', '007', 'Goldeneye', the bond theme etc. Basically, anything to do with Bond, they own, and they say what can be done with it.
4. Microsoft - Made the Xbox 360 and Windows. Bought Rare a few years ago, so they have final say on what Rare makes and for what platform, amongst other Rare-related activities.
5. Activision - Currently holds the 007 video game license e.g. only they can develop Bond games at the minute.

So yeah. Microsoft wants it on XBox Live Arcade, Nintendo wants it on the Virtual Console, UA and Danjag have to OK it, Rare can't do much, and Activision sorta has to do something. And everyone wants money. Confusing, no?

Apparently, Sinistar was converted to Shockwave over 7 years ago. It's not a remake, it's an emulation, or a 'conversion', as they say. But it's a really fun arcade classic! I suggest to everyone to go and play it. Immediately! See if you can beat my high-score(s) (see below).

And don't forget to come back to NG when you're done, k?

I AM SINISTAR

Wow, first news post. Well, my name is Adam Salter, I come from Australia, and I've made two finished flashes (see below). They're not very good, I know. I made them, like, last year, before I had my wacom tablet. They're not the worst things on NG, so I can at least be proud of that.
As you can see, my favourite band at the minute is 'The Police'. I recently bought their latest compilation CD called...'The Police'. It's really good, it contains all thier hits (except 'Don't Stand So Close To Me '86', which isn't missed), and some album tracks as well. Since I bought it locally we got 30 tracks instead of 28 tracks (woot), although I can see why they got rid of the two songs they did. They weren't bad or anythin', it's just that some elements were a bit risque. Ok, ok, I'll stop talking about my Cd now. I might actually do that in a seperate post later, anyway.
If you have any ideas I could make into flash (trust me, my ability to animate is MUCH better than what I have submitted so far), you can leave a comment here, or just email me. I don't check my emails enough, though, so you should prolly just leave a comment here. No spam, plz :)
